"Telling stories is my passion, music is my language"

Arthur is a 22-year-old French orchestral composer. After having studied singing, piano, guitar and clarinet, it was during his third year of music undergraduate at the University of Montreal that he decided to devote himself fully to orchestral composition.

His writing style goes from classic film scores in a Hollywood style to hybrid music. He explores the fusion of orchestral music, ethnic instruments, and electronic elements, resulting in a unique, epic, and vibrant cinematic music

In recent years, he had the opportunity to compose for several short films and video games.

Some projects

Unabducted - Music Contest.

Music composed for the Indie Film Music Contest. The purpose was to compose a "UFO" kind of music.

Rey - Rescore.

A rescore consists of taking a film and recomposing the music for the purposes of a portfolio. This is the final scene of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. Fully orchestral instrumentation.

Étoile Désobéissance - Original Music.

A rescore involves taking a film and recomposing its music for portfolio purposes. In this case, it's a short fantasy animated film. The music has been composed in a hybrid orchestral style.

The feline.

This short film is a remake of a scene from the film “La Féline” directed by Paul Schrader. The french film review "La Septième Obsession" challenged directors Llona Glinel and Matthieu Chinchole: to make this scene according to the way of another director: Dario Argento.

The music for this short film was produced using virtual instruments and recordings of my voice. The purpose of the music is to go in the direction of the strangeness and unease conveyed by the images, in order to transport the spectator into a strange and disturbing world.

Director's testimonial

Matthieu Chinchole (Contracte-Moi, La féline)

After several projects completed together, Arthur has always been attentive. Relevance, creativity, and professionalism are qualities that have been present throughout our discussions regarding the musical work surrounding my projects."
